Terms of Service
Last updated October 8, 2026
These terms cover playing on the Gaming Fellers game servers and using our platforms: this website, our support portal (support.gamingfellers.com), our Discord, and anything else we run for the community. By joining a server or using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
We're a gaming community run by volunteers, not a company. The game itself belongs to its developers and publishers, and their own terms (and Steam's and Discord's) apply too. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
// Who can play
- You must meet the minimum age required by the game, Steam and Discord, and be allowed to use them where you live.
- You're responsible for your own account and everything done on it. Don't share it, and don't use someone else's.
// Play fair, be decent
Our full server rules are posted in our Discord and may be shown in game; they are part of these terms. In short, you agree not to:
- Cheat. No hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, scripts, macros, modified game files, or exploiting bugs or glitches for an advantage. Report bugs to staff instead.
- Ruin the match for others. No intentional team-killing, griefing, spawn-blocking, stream-sniping, or deliberately throwing a match.
- Harass or hate. No harassment, threats, slurs, hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any similar trait. No sexual content.
- Put anyone's safety or privacy at risk. No doxxing, sharing personal information about others, or encouraging self-harm or violence.
- Spam or advertise. No flooding chat or voice, and no advertising other servers, communities or products without permission.
- Impersonate. Don't pretend to be staff or another player, and don't use names or avatars that are offensive or misleading.
- Get around moderation. Don't use other accounts, VPNs or anything else to avoid a ban, mute or kick, and don't help others do it.
- Attack our services. Don't try to disrupt, overload, break into or abuse our servers, website, support portal or staff tools.
Follow reasonable instructions from staff. If you disagree with one, comply first and raise it afterwards through the support portal.
// How we moderate
- Staff may warn, mute, kick, or ban players, temporarily or permanently, on one server or across all of our servers. We decide what's appropriate based on what happened and your history with us.
- Warnings stay on your record and expire after a set time. Repeated warnings can lead to a ban.
- We may act on behaviour anywhere in our community, including Discord, and on serious behaviour toward our members elsewhere.
- Using another account to evade a ban will get the new account banned too, and usually makes the original ban longer or permanent.
- Moderation actions are recorded, including who took them and why.
// Reports and appeals
- To report a player, use the support portal. Clips and screenshots help us act. Knowingly false reports may lead to action against you.
- If you think a ban was wrong, appeal it through the support portal. Be honest and specific; a staff member who didn't issue the ban reviews it. Decisions on appeals are final.
- Please don't argue moderation in public chat or message staff privately about it. The portal keeps a record for everyone.
// Your data and public stats
- When you play, our server tools record gameplay data: your SteamID, in-game names, when you join and leave, scores, kills and other match events. We use it to run and moderate the servers.
- Match stats are public on this website, linked to your SteamID, in-game name and public Steam profile picture. We don't currently remove individual players from the stats; if you have a concern, contact us.
- Signing in to the support portal with Steam gives us your SteamID and public Steam profile, never your password. Staff sign in with Discord.
- What you send us in reports, appeals and requests, including clips, screenshots and links, is kept with the case and used for moderation.
- We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
// What you send us
You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting it, you let us store, review and share it with our staff for moderation and to keep the community safe. Only submit content you have the right to share, and don't include other people's private information.
// Perks and reserved slots
Reserved slots, roles and other perks (including those earned by seeding) are privileges, not rights. We can change or remove them at any time, including when a player breaks these terms.
// Availability, changes and liability
- We run our servers and platforms as volunteers, provided "as is" and "as available". They may go down, be changed, have their stats reset or be shut down at any time, without notice.
- We aren't responsible for lost progress, stats or anything else that results from downtime, bugs, resets, or moderation decisions, to the extent the law allows.
- We may refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason.
// Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play or use our platforms after a change means you accept it. We'll announce significant changes in our Discord.
